Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees:
• Mane To Tame ONLY ships in Canada (with Canadian addresses)
• Canada wide free shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts and before taxes)
• Orders under $50 (after discounts and before taxes) have a flat rate shipping fee of $12

Process and Delivery Time:
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday. They are packaged and shipped out the next day. (excluding holidays and weekends)
• Delivery is done through Canada Post with a tracking number. You can visit Canada Post with your tracking number, to see the status of your order www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/en
• Delivery is usually 3 to 9 business days (they are an estimate only and do not constitute a guarantee)
Damaged and Unclamied Package:
• If your package has been delivered in a PO Box and damage has occurred (from extreme temperatures, theft, etc.) please note that Mane To Tame shall not be held responsible for any damages that occur.
• For packages that the postman was not able to deliver (parcel is bigger than the PO Box or drop off area is considered not safe) will be sent to the post office for you to pickup.
• If you received a delivery notice to pickup at the post office, you will need to bring:

1. Delivery notice
2. Government ID with photo and address

• Notice: The Post Office will only hold parcels for a maximum of 15 business days. They will than return the package back to us. We will proceed with cancellation and refund of your order, minus the delivery costs for the return of your package ($12 flat rate).
