When the goal is the lightest blonde without sacrificing hair integrity, Schwarzkopf BLONDME Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ is the professional-grade powder that delivers. Up to nine levels of lift on natural or colour-treated hair — dust-free, easy to mix, and engineered for stylists who refuse to choose between drama and discipline.
WHAT IT BRINGS TO THE CHAIR
Bond protection through integrated Anti-Metal Bond Protection technology keeps the hair fiber supported throughout the lift, so you can push to higher levels with confidence.
Anti-yellow pigments actively neutralize warm undertones — no separately booked tone-correction required.
Hydrolyzed keratin helps reinforce the hair structure during lightening, supporting condition throughout processing.
Swell Control Technology keeps the product swelling predictable during processing, giving you even application from root to ends and consistent lift across sections.
HOW TO USE
• Mix with BLONDME Premium Developer (2% / 7 vol., 6% / 20 vol., or 9% / 30 vol.) at a 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 ratio, depending on desired consistency and the level of lift needed.
• Apply to dry, unwashed hair. Suitable for all techniques — full-head, foiling, balayage, and corrective colour, on or off the scalp.
• Process for 20–45 minutes. Visual checks at intervals; do not use additional heat.

• Up to 9 levels of lift in a single process
• Creamy, dust-free consistency that mixes and applies cleanly
• New-and-improved formula with stronger bond protection than the previous generation
