HOW TO USE
• Mix with IGORA ROYAL Oil Developer at a 1:2 ratio (e.g., 30 g powder to 60 mL developer).
• Choose developer strength by technique: 3% (10 vol.) or 6% (20 vol.) for on-scalp work; 9% (30 vol.) for off-scalp only.
• Apply to dry, unwashed hair in fine sections. Process 20–45 minutes. Do not use artificial heat.
